What happened to Mogollon 152 kid...??

Some interesting match ups because of upsets at the region level the most interesting being defending state champ Ravago of Benson going against Anderson of St Johns region champ in the 152 lb class. Ravago lost to pima 17-15 in triple overtime in the semis then lost to Sanders of Morenci for third and fourth. Clearly struggled because of his shoulder and conditioning but will be tough at state.

Not sure why there isn't more interest in 2A this year. They have some very solid programs with teams that would score solid points in any division.

Teams: St Johns (depth and placers), JC, and a toss up between Mogollon and CV. Both are lacking some depth but have big points in the line-up. If I had to choose I would give the nod to Camp Verde but it would be a bias pick.

FWIW, if CV had Brown and the bigger Landvasco they would have turned the tables on a suprise (suprise doesn't mean I am saying they didn't earn and deserve the title - they clearly did) first that St Johns got last year. To be fair, both teams got hit by the injury bug.
