I heard from somebody that the sectional at DV was a dogfight between SDO, mesa Mountain view and Horizon. Desert Vista apparently is in 7th or 8th place. Kendall Love isn't wrestling and is well above 128, little Mathers apparently isn't wrestling for some reason, no Arredondo, no 106, and their heavyweight got pinned early on. From what I was told they'd be lucky to get 6 or more to state. Ouch.

As best as I can determine I think Horizon is in the leas due to bonus and some head to head wins vs SDO. But MMV might be, I'm not sure. Dante Patrick is up at 170 and is on a possible finals match with Ryan. I think Patrick has Grasser from Westwood in the semis and North Canyon is on the other side after beating Dixie in the quarters.

Anybody know anything else or have info from some other sections?

DV has 7 in semifinals 106, 128, 132, 138, 145, 182, 195 with potential of 171 (Dixie) for 3-5. There were several byes in first round for DV so you shouldn't place too much importance on points in first 2 rounds. Even with smaller Mathers, Love and Arrendondo out, DV could send 8 or more to state. You seem to love to slam DV for whatever reasons, but what did you accomplish in your high school career? Just curious.

People seem a little defensive here, if someone has info and results,post em, more info leads to less guessing, less guessing leads to being less offended.

I wish someone would post the results of this sectional ... Other than updates on my boys I haven't heard much of anything ... Help me out Gehrig !
