In 5 A1 or 5A2 you have to have 10 matches to be seed eligable. So if you are 7-0 and beat the number #1 seed you are still not able to be seeded at all. If the wrestler had more than 10 matches and a 50 percent winning % or better he would have to be within a 7 % winning percentage to consider the head to head match up.

Flowing wells has the right idea. lets try to separate the best wrestlers to make the best possible tournement instead of trying to figure how our 100 rules apply.,

I'm seeded 2nd for our sectional and I already beat the number 1 seed and the other kids. It's probably because they're team had an easier schedule than ours boosting their win percentage. It doesn't matter much though, I just think the system's mest up and the coaches should be able to overrule something like a win percentage when a lower percentage wrestler has beaten everybody else in the tournament but lost to tough kids at harder tournaments making his record go down

You are??? When did you get seeded. Are different sectionals having seeding meetings on different days?? Quite possible actually.

Obiously the 5a2 section with Deer Valley did theirs this weekend so Toro from Deer Valley already knows what he has ahead of him.
