At what age do you think it is safe for a wrestler to start cutting weight, and what percentage is safe?

JMTC: Senoir year with colleges looking at you going to a national type tournament.

FWIW: I think it's better to lift weights and get stronger then to lose weight and get weaker maybe even risk injuries. Plus the season sure is funner when you can eat and wrestle hard.
