These are not rankings. This is just a list of returning state placers. I am sorry if I left someone out not intentional. This maybe helpful for someone who wants to do the rankings. Also, many of these kids have grown and will be in completely different weight classes. I have shifted some that I know of. This also doesn't account for move ins and transfers. Let me just say this 103-125 is going to be a battle ground. Several of these kids have grown and they will be spread out through these weights.
