AZWrestler was born back in 1998 to help bring the Arizona Wrestling Community together using what was at the time relatively young technology; the web. 11 years later I dare to say AZWrestler has been a success and the web is no longer a young technology.

Merging AZWrestlers loyal fan base with the latest technology the web has to offer will certainly create one of the nations best wrestling websites if not the best. This will help our wrestling community to grow and improve as well as help our athletes get the recognition they deserve. I am excited about the future of wrestling in Arizona and I am proud to be part of it.

The most influential part is that for a state so full of wrestling talent, AZWrestler is proud to bring the following technologies to the table, which we encourage you the reader to use.  Some of those features include: social networking, a huge video library, a robust event calendar, a directory that can help you find clubs, teams, or any other group you're looking for, plus the most important part, community.  

The more we can grow, share knowledge, and begin to learn from one another, we will see the growth of wrestling in this state grow to new levels.  We hope that we can be an influential part of this and we want to let the public know that we are here for YOU.  If you want a story on an event or wrestler, tell us.  If you want us to do coverage at a special meet, tell us.  We want to post the news that you want, so without feedback, we cannot know for sure we are giving you what you want.
